Clubhouse Policies
In addition to the other great community amenities, our expansive clubhouse is available to rent for your private events from 10 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week. Our fees are just $4oo; of which, $200 will be returned to you upon our inspection. This is a perfect place for a baby shower, birthday party or a gathering of friends during the holidays.
